We assembled this in September. Within days, several metal bars started to rust and the metal coating began to fall off. Customer service offered to send replacement bars but it would take me around 30 hours to disassemble and reassemble. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of this set given the price and for the fact that mychildparc is not doing more to help given that I was sold a defective product.

Bought this for my grandkids. Have not seen it yet, but according to my daughter-in-law they just love it.

  3. Kim Zachmann

We love our adventure tower we have had it up for 7 months now still looks great no rust. We have lots of rain in NC . Our neighbors kids come around to play it’s been very fun for all of them.

  4. Tammy Ervin

Took FOREVER to build. But it’s super nice and durable. A lot of my poles were scratched up but it doesn’t effect the functionality.

  5. Linda Manuppelli

Very sturdy looks like it will last for a long time. Only thing I would suggest when the child goes up the ladder , walls or go down the slide need padding for safety for the children as they tend to hit their head on the bars.

Excellent play structure swingset. We wanted something bigger and more commercial than the usual box store wooden structures that are out there. This set was easy to assemble. I only needed a second person for one or two steps. We did have to modify the setup a bit because we put the structure in an area much smaller than the manufacturer recommends. We had to move the slide and ladder in to more central corridors than the unit is setup for which made for a challenge, as the set is not meant to be customized as to where the slide or ladder will come down. We had to drill a couple of holes ourselves but it was an easy alteration and it fit our small side yard perfectly. Kids love it. We will see how the hardware holds up in our climate. Hopefully we don’t see the rusting that others have see. Five stars overall!

We are extremely disappointed that our playlet is already rusting. Water seeps in between the areas where metal is attached to metal and is impossible to dry out. This is after we covered all metal pieces with rust prevention spray during assembly. We chose this playset because it was supposed to be less maintenance than wood but that was a huge mistake. Of course the mychildparc website does not allow you to add photos or else I could show you the numerous spots and joints this thing is already rusting. I can only hope someone from mychildparc will reach out ASAP and try to make this right.

I am very happy with this set except the space between the ladder and the upper tower floor is large enough for a four year old to fall through. Also, when a four year old is playing in the upper tower he must be cautious not to fall through the openings at the rock walls. Any safety suggestions to remedy this?

I ordered this for my grandkids and had it shipped to there home in Texas. My son and his wife assembled it and had thunderstorms the next day w/gusts to 40 mph. The set withstood it with no problem and the kids love it

This is a very nice playset, for children over 3yrs.old. It was easy to assemble, you have to pay attention to instruction and diagram. We were a two-person crew, took about six hours, for 3 days.

We bought this last summer for our kids ages five, four, and almost two. They love to play on it but it makes me nervous to have the two-year-old climb up the ladder. It’s a little bit dangerous for small kids but I think once the kids get a little bit older it will get hours and hours of use. It lasted great through our Utah winter, and we’re excited for spring so we can start playing.
